Choose the right hydraulic pump

First, avoid direct contact between the pump shaft and the pump body during use to avoid damage.

  1. The connection between the high-pressure oil return hose for the excavator and the pump should be a flexible hose, and do not directly contact the end of the pump to prevent the axial thrust of the pump from directly acting on the high-pressure oil return hose.
  2. When installing, do not bypass the high-pressure oil return hose too tightly on the high-pressure pump, otherwise the high-pressure oil return hose will be permanently deformed and damaged.
  3. When installing, the high-pressure oil return hose should be in a vertical position and fixed with a suitable pressing force.
  4. Frequently check whether there is any leakage at the connection between the high-pressure oil return hose and the hydraulic pump, and repair it in time if any leakage is found. Replace the seal if necessary.

Second, pay attention to the coordination between the pump body and the pipeline during installation, and try to use flange connection.

When connecting with the pipeline, first of all, pay attention to the coordination between the pump body and the pipeline to ensure the concentricity between the pump body and the pipeline, otherwise it will cause the pump to vibrate during operation and reduce the service life; secondly, try to use flange connection during installation, To ensure the concentricity of the pipeline and the pump.   2. Pay attention to observe the hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic oil temperature exceeds 55°C, the hydraulic pump should be cooled, otherwise it will cause damage to the hydraulic pump.
  3. Pay attention to the installation length of the oil return pipeline in the hydraulic system to avoid failures caused by excessive installation.
  4. Pay attention to the leakage of the oil return pipeline, if there is leakage, it will affect the working performance of the whole system.
  5. Pay attention to whether the pipeline in the oil return pipeline is deformed or twisted.
  6. Pay attention to whether there are impurities and dirt in the oil return pipeline, so as not to affect the normal operation of the hydraulic pump.
  7. Pay attention to the sealing condition in the oil return pipeline to prevent external debris from entering the hydraulic system.

Fourth, after installation, attention should be paid to the tightness of the relevant sealing points on the pump body, and attention should be paid to avoid grease pollution.

  1. Do not bend excessively. After installation, do not forcibly tighten the hose to avoid excessive bending deformation. The hose should be restored to its original shape in its natural state.
  2. Try to avoid bending the high-pressure oil return hose for excavators, otherwise it will cause greater stress on the hose and shorten its service life.
  3. When installing high-pressure hoses, special tools should be used.
  4. After use, the high-pressure oil return hose for excavators should be cleaned, replaced and dried in time. If it is not replaced in time, it will cause damage to the hose and affect its service life.
  5. Regularly inspect and maintain the high-pressure oil return hose for excavators to ensure its normal operation.
