Usually, rubber hose is an important accessory in the delivery system of fluid delivery pipes and hydraulic delivery pipes in offshore oil drilling and production systems, and is an important part of the entire offshore oil project. At present, there are three main types of rubber hoses used in offshore oil engineering:
One is high elasticity, high toughness and oil resistant hose. At present, my country has the ability to independently develop and manufacture high-performance large-diameter high-pressure hoses, and the products can meet the requirements of oilfield chemical processes. The rubber hose is developed on the basis of the rubber hose production equipment and production technology introduced by Texas Engineering Rubber Company in the United States. This product has high elasticity, good tensile strength and pressure resistance, can work under high pressure, and can adapt to the wear caused by the change of the wear speed of the inner and outer walls of the rubber hose pipe by the oil medium. The product has passed the limit service condition test stipulated in API Spec 5C standard. This product has been widely used in domestic oil fields.
The second type is corrosion-resistant hose. The rubber hose is composed of polyethylene (PE) and nitrile rubber (NBR). It is made by a special process. It has excellent oil resistance and aging resistance. It is widely used in offshore oil drilling, petrochemical, mariculture and other fields.
The third type is high temperature and high pressure hose. The rubber hose is made of special materials and has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure resistance, high tensile strength and aging resistance.
