The temperature-resistant and pressure-resistant well control hose is mainly used in drilling and production operations in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, oil field exploration and development industries. It is resistant to high temperature, corrosion and pressure, and is suitable for oil drilling and production operations in various environments. The temperature-resistant and pressure-resistant well control hose adopts a unique double-wire clamp-type joint, which has the characteristics of high-pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and oil resistance. It is an indispensable accessory in oil field well control operations.
First, product structure and characteristics

  1. The body of the joint is made of stainless steel, and the surface is treated with advanced electrophoresis, which has excellent performances such as corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and oil resistance.
  2. Special double wire clamp type joint, with double sets of sealing rings on the joint body, which has good sealing and high pressure resistance.
  3. The specially designed multi-layer sealing structure improves the pressure resistance of the product.
  4. Specially designed connector structure ensures no friction between the connector and the drill pipe.
  5. The unique clamp structure realizes no friction between the joint and the drill pipe.

  11. The joints are connected by special clamps, and the internal threads of the joints are double internal and external threads.
    Third, installation and use
  12. The hose can be installed horizontally or vertically, but it should be kept parallel to the ground.
  13. Pay attention to the bending radius of the hose during installation.
  14. The length of the hose is subject to the mark on the connector.
  15. There should be no sundries in the hose, and compressed air can be used to blow off foreign matter if necessary.
  16. Before use, you must carefully check whether the parts are in good condition, whether the connection parts are tight, and check whether there is any foreign matter in the hose.
    Fourth, performance indicators
  17. Appearance: There is no impurity inside the hose, the surface is smooth, no burrs, no delamination, no cracks.
  18. Mechanical properties: The bending stiffness of the hose is not less than 4 KN/m, and the bending radius is not less than 15 mm.
  19. Compressive strength: the leakage rate of the hose is not more than 0.5% when the working pressure is 40 MPa.
  20. Working temperature: When the working temperature is -40~100°C, the compression elastic modulus of the hose should meet the requirements in the table below.
  21. Service life: The service life of the hose should be more than 8 years, without cracks, peeling, indentation and other phenomena.
  22. Connection method: the bending radius of the hose connection should be greater than 200 mm, the sealing surface between the joint and the pipe body should be smooth and free of burrs, and the sealing surface should be free of cracks and damage.
