- Use the correct length of cloth clamping hose. Under high pressure, the length of the hose will change, and mechanical movement will also cause length changes. Therefore, you need to pay attention to adjusting the length of the hose during use to ensure its correct connection with equipment, pipes, etc.
- The cloth-clamped hose should not be used under pressure exceeding the design working pressure. If the actual working pressure exceeds the designed working pressure, the hose may rupture or deform, causing media leakage and other accidents.
- Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the medium transported by the cloth-covered hose should not exceed 40℃-+120*C, otherwise the service life will be reduced. For example, if you are transporting high-temperature media, you need to choose a hose material and structure with good high-temperature resistance.
- The cloth-clamped hose should not be used below the minimum bending radius of the hose to avoid bending or bending near the pipe joint, which will hinder hydraulic transmission and material transportation or damage the hose assembly. During installation and transportation, care must be taken to avoid damage to the hose.
