Requirements for the use of concrete delivery hoses

 Here, based on the feedback from customers, we summarize the requirements for the use of concrete conveying hoses for customers’ reference: 1. For the wall thickness of concrete hoses, especially the parts that wear quickly, the safety requirements are more high. 2. When the working pressure is above 1MPa, during high-pressure construction, the wall thickness of the conveying pipe near the pump outlet is 4.3mm, and the wall thickness of the connection between the pouring site and the distribution pipe should not be less than 3.5mm. mm. The unique molecular structure and performance characteristics of EPDM endows EPDM with excellent heat resistance, ozone resistance and aging resistance. It can be used for a short time or intermittently at ℃, and the use temperature range can be further increased by the reasonable combination of ingredients. Therefore, EPDM rubber is generally selected for high-temperature-resistant steam hoses on the market at present, to ensure that the steam hose can be used normally under high temperature conditions.  High quality hot air hose flexible lightweight hose at a good price for competitive applications where the most important operating characteristics are not a major concern. This hose is primarily used to deliver hot non-oily air up to 163°C (325°F) from manifold blowers on dry haul trucks or compressors in factories to storage tanks for dry bulk material transport. Secondly, the high-pressure rubber hose is soft and has a small bending radius, and the inner reinforcement layer of the tube body and the rubber are well bonded; while the inner rubber layer and reinforcement layer of the new ultra-high pressure resin tube are basically non-adhesive, even if the manufacturer adopts the adhesive Agents and other materials as compensation; but after all this is a defect. This problem is firstly caused by the insufficient accuracy of the current hose crimping equipment, and secondly, the quality of the pipe joints is not up to standard.
